Chocolate Pudding Milk Shake

A great snack anytime!

Ingredients

3 cups cold skim milk
1 package (4-serving size) chocolate flavor fat-free, reduced calorie pudding and pie filling mix
1 1/2 cups low fat frozen vanilla yogurt

Directions

Pour the cold milk into a blender container. Add the pudding mix and frozen yogurt; cover. Blend on high speed about 15 seconds, or until smooth. Serve at once or refrigerate and stir before serving. (Mixture thickens as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired.)
