Orange Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
10 ounces orange juice
5 large frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
Directions
Blend until smooth (not runny). If too runny add another strawberry or 1/3 cup blueberries.
Suggestions
Optional Add-ins: Add some soy or whey protein powder on workout days. Add small scoop of raspberry sorbet or sherbet to sweeten the tang.
Key Tip: Pour the leftovers into a freezable container, freeze and offer it as a healthy dessert alternative.
