Orange Smoothie


A refreshing drink anytime.

Ingredients

1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice
2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
2 cups crushed ice

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend about 30 seconds. Pour into tall glasses and serve.

Suggestions

Frozen pineapple juice can be substituted for the orange juice. This is great served for breakfast or as a healthy snack.
