Strawberry Banana Protein Shake

Great for kids and pregnant women!

Ingredients

1 ripe banana
4 strawberries
4 to 6 ice cubes
10 ounces rice milk
2 dates (pitted)
2 tablespoons rice protein powder

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. Add more milk for a thinner consistency.
