Apple Pie In A Glass

If your kids aren’t interested in a glass of plain milk don’t worry. Try her kid-pleasing milk recipe!


¾ cup fat free or low-fat milk
1½ tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate
¼ cup fat free vanilla frozen yogurt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
directions
Combine all ingredients in blender. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
