| 4 cups apple juice, chilled 3 cups chilled strawberry soda 2 pints raspberry sorbet, divided 1 teaspoon peppermint extract Candy canes |
| Combine the apple juice, strawberry soda,
one pint of the sorbet and the peppermint extract in a large bowl. Mix until
the sorbet melts. Set out eight glasses and distribute the remaining pint of
sorbet among the glasses. Hook a candy cane to each glass, then pour the apple
juice mixture over sorbet. Serve immediately. |

| You could also serve this out of a punch
bowl. Hang the candy canes around the rim of the bowl. Float some mint leaves
on top for a festive look. |
