Lime Punch

1 (3 ounce) package lime-flavored gelatin
2 cups sugar
2 cups boiling water
2 cups lemon juice
1 can (12 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 cans (46 ounces each) pineapple juice
1 bottle (2 liter) ginger ale, chilled
½ a teaspoon of green food coloring
directions
Combine the gelatin, sugar and boiling water. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the lemon juice, pineapple juice, orange juice and food coloring. Cover and chill. When ready to serve, stir in ginger ale.
