Orange Soymilk Smoothie

2 cups soymilk
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 to 2 teaspoons sugar, if desired
Ice cubes
directions
Add the soymilk, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice and sugar in a blender. Pulse until smooth. Add ice and pulse again, adding more ice until desired thickness is achieved. Serve.

Other frozen concentrates could be substituted for the orange juice.
