Roasted Maple-Glazed Salmon Filet

A great meal for one!

1/2 pound salmon filet with skin on
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 cup lemon yogurt
1 tablespoon horseradish
directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place salmon skin side down on a baking sheet that has been lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Brush salmon with 1 tablespoon of the maple syrup and place on top rack of the oven. Roast for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with remaining syrup. Return to oven and roast for 10 more minutes. Serves 1.
