Cinnamon Apple Chips
Ingredients
2 cups apple juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 apples
Directions
Cut the top and bottom off of both apples. Cut into 1/8-inch rings.
Combine the apple juice and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Add apples and cook about five minutes or until apples become opaque. Remove the apples with a slotted spoon and pat dry with paper towels.
Arrange the apples on racks (ones used to cool a cake or a roasting pan with a rack), making sure apples do not touch. Bake at 250 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned and dry. Remove from oven and cool completely.
