Spicy Veggie Wraps

Crisp, seasoned vegetables wrapped up in a flour tortilla!

1/2 cup each cut into bite-size pieces: broccoli florets, cauliflower, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon water
Black pepper to taste
Flour tortillas, warmed

directions
Mix the soy sauce, cumin, oregano, black pepper and water together. Pour over the chopped vegetables. Marinate about 5 minutes.

Heat a skillet to high heat. Add a small amount of oil to the bottom. Add the vegetables, stirring constantly, until crisp-tender.

Add about half a cup of the vegetable mixture in the center of each flour tortilla. Roll up. Secure with a toothpick, if desired.

suggestions
Serve with pico de gallo, salsa, guacamole, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream, if desired.
