Avocado Dressing
A refreshing salad dressing featuring avocados and sour cream.
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons bottled Italian dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Peel and mash the avocado. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Serve immediately.
Suggestions
Use on crisp salad greens, or drizzle over sliced tomatoes.
