Creamy Dill Sauce with Capers

1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon chopped capers

Combine all ingredients. Chill before serving.

Great served with fish, beef and chicken. Also good poured over steamed vegetables, or as a dip for raw vegetables.
