Ingredients
Three parts "quality" olive oil (preferably French or Italian)
One part wine vinegar
Fresh garlic clove, minced
Shallots, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Directions
Whip everything together.
Suggestions
Serve over fresh lettuces.
