Miso Wasabi Sauce
Recipe is from If the Buddha Came to Dinner: How to Nourish Your Body to Awaken Your Spirit (Hyperion, 2004) by Hale Sofia Schatz with Shira Shaiman
Ingredients
1 tablespoon light or mellow miso
3 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon wasabi mustard
1 tablespoon chopped scallions
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well until the mixture is smooth. Add more water for a thinner consistency.
