Pecan Salad Dressing

1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup chopped pecans
3 tablespoons brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Pulse until combined. Cover and refrigerate until read to use.

Serve over your favorite salad greens.
