Strawberry-Rhubarb Sauce


Ingredients

1 pound rhubarb (may be frozen)
1 pint strawberries (may be frozen)
1/2 cup sugar

Directions

Combine ingredients into medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, until completely mashed, 20 to 30 minutes. Serve chilled.

Suggestions

Serve chilled on top of sponge or pound cake.
