Sweet and Sour Sauce
Ingredients
1/3 cup vinegar
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
4 teaspoons water
Directions
In a small saucepot, combine the vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup and soy sauce. Bring to boil. Mix the cornstarch and water until well combined. Pour into saucepot and stir. Cook until thickened. Cool completely.
Suggestions
Serve with eggrolls.
