Beef Stew (Crock Pot)
2 pounds beef stew meat
6 carrots, sliced
2 large russet potatoes, chunked
2 large onions, chunked
1 package (8 ounces) mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 can (14.5 ounces) Italian stewed tomatoes
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons flour
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
Pepper to taste
directions
Put the vegetables and beef in the Crock Pot. Mix together the flour, pepper and seasonings, then sprinkle over. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

suggestions
Serve with mashed potatoes and a crisp garden salad.
