Maple Country Ribs (Crock Pot)


3 pounds country-style pork ribs*
1 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2-3 cloves garlic, minced

directions
Place the ribs in a Crock Pot. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cook on low 8-10 hours.

*You can have your butcher cut the ribs into pieces for easier eating.
