To prepare, thaw the meat and tortillas overnight in the refrigerator. Place the meat in a saucepan and heat on medium, until hot. Meanwhile, chop your fresh vegetables and assemble the rest of the ingredients. The soft tortillas maybe warmed in a skillet and the hard shell tortillas maybe warmed in the stove according to the package directions. |
