| 1/2 pound ziti or mostaccioli noodles 1 1/2 pounds Hillshire Farms Polska Kielbasa, sliced into wedges 1 cup broccoli flowerets 1 cup cauliflower flowerets 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 2 tablespoons flour 1 cup milk 1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dry mustard |
| In a large skillet boil 3 quarts water. Add noodles.
Cook for five minutes. Stir in sausage, broccoli and cauliflower, and continue
cooking for five minutes. Drain. In medium saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour. Add milk. Cook until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Combine noodles, sausage, vegetables and cheese sauce. Serve immediately. |
