1 pound lean ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules 1 ½ cups instant white rice Toppings: Shredded cheddar cheese Sour cream Crushed tortilla chips Black olives Chopped tomato Chopped fresh cilantro |

Cook the ground beef and onion until beef if cooked through. Add the salsa, tomato sauce and bouillon granules. Bring
the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 5 minutes. Stir in the instant rice. Cover and simmer about 25 to 30 minutes. |
