Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 cup sliced onion
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can (8 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup sliced onion
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
8 ounces sour cream
4 cups wide egg noodles
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and quickly brown meat and onions until meat is no longer pink, about seven minutes
While meat is cooking, prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
In a small bowl, combine soup, mushrooms, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and sour cream. Add sauce to meat and simmer, covered, until heated thoroughly. Serve over noodles.
