Beefy Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
1 teaspoon oil
1 onion, chopped
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 package (16 ounces) angel hair pasta, cooked
1 package (16 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Cook the onion in the oil until it starts to turn light brown, stirring often. Add the meat and cook until no longer pink. Add the spaghetti sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add half of the cooked pasta to a 3-quart baking dish. Top with half the sauce and half the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 325 degrees F for about one hour.
