Brisket and Noodles
Ingredients
1 brisket, about 2 pounds, trimmed of all visible fat
1 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 package (12 ounces) egg noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper on all sides. Place in Crock Pot.
In a bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, horseradish and mustard. Pour over the brisket. Cover and cook on low heat for eight to nine hours.
About 15 minutes before serving, cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and put on a serving platter. Slice the meat and place on top of noodles. Drizzle with sauce.

Serve the extra sauce on the side.
