Cheesy Goulash
Ingredients
3 cups uncooked rotini or penne pasta
1 pound lean ground beef
2 onions, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 can (10 ounces) condensed tomato soup
2 cans (14 ounces each) stewed tomatoes, with juice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
While the pasta cooks, brown the beef and onions in a skillet. Drain off any fat. Add the soup and stewed tomatoes. Cook about five minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the pasta and mix well. Pour into a 3-quart baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese and cook about five minutes more. Serve.
