Cheesy Meatloaf
A moist and cheesy meatloaf your family will love.
Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
1/2 cup onion, minced
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, cheddar, salt and pepper. Mix well. Form into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about one hour. Let stand about 15 minutes before serving.
Suggestions
To make this meatloaf even cheesier, top with additional cheese about five minutes before removing from the oven.
