Chicken Provolone
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
4 slices provolone cheese
2 teaspoons margarine
Directions
Place the chicken breasts between a sheets of plastic wrap and flatten to about a ¼-inch thickness. Coat the chicken with the breadcrumbs and place in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Top each chicken breast with a slice of the cheese and dot with margarine. Bake at 425 degrees F about 20 minutes.
Suggestions
Serve with a crisp green salad and French bread.
