Crock Pot Beef Stew
Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew meat
6 carrots, sliced
2 large russet potatoes, chunked
2 large onions, chunked
1 package (8 ounces) mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 can (14.5 ounces) Italian stewed tomatoes
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Pepper, to taste
Directions
Put the vegetables and beef in the Crock Pot. Mix together the flour, pepper and seasonings, then sprinkle over. Cook on low for eight to 10 hours.
Suggestions
Serve with mashed potatoes and a crisp garden salad.
