Crock Pot Chili
Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef, coarsely ground
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 of a green bell pepper, chopped
3 ribs of celery, chopped
1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 can of pinto or kidney beans
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain. Add the beef and the rest of the ingredients to the Crock Pot. Cook on low five to six hours.
Suggestions
Place bowls of chopped onions, grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, corn chips and crackers for your guest to use as toppings.
