Quick Cubed Steak
Ingredients
4 pieces of cubed steak
1 can (10 ounces) golden mushroom soup
Flour
1 teaspoon Morton's Nature's Seasons or salt and pepper, to taste
Oil for frying
Directions
Combine the seasoning and the flour in a shallow bowl. Dredge steaks in mixture.
Heat some oil in a skillet. Cook steaks until well browned on both sides. Add soup and half a can of water. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
Suggestions
Fresh mushrooms can be added along with the canned soup.
