8 ounces angel hair pasta ½ of a 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1 tablespoon olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced ½ cup dry white wine ¼ cup lemon juice 1 tomato, chopped ¼ cup chopped fresh basil ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Pepper to taste |

Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions. Drain. Add to spinach mixture. Stir in the basil, Parmesan cheese and pepper to taste. Toss to coat. Serve. |
