Beef and Spaghetti Bake


Ingredients

1 package (8 ounces) spaghetti
1 pound lean ground beef
4 tablespoons margarine
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
Cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.

While spaghetti cooks, melt the margarine in a skillet. Cook the onion, bell pepper and celery until soft. Remove from pan.

To the same pan, add the ground beef. Cook until no longer pink. Return the vegetables to the pan, then stir in the cooked spaghetti. Add the mushroom soup, one soup can of milk and the shredded cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.

Pour into a greased baking dish. Top with some crackers crumbs and dot with a little margarine.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about one hour.
