1 box (16 ounces) fettuccini, cooked and kept warm 1 tablespoon olive oil 2-3 garlic cloves, minced 1 container (4 ounces) blue cheese, crumbled ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 cups heavy cream or half-and-half 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning Pepper to taste |

Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Cook the garlic until lightly browned, stirring constantly. Do not burn! Remove the
garlic pieces and discard. Set aside the oil. In a saucepan, combine the cream, blue cheese and grated Parmesan. Stir over low heat until the cheese melts. Add the garlic oil, Italian seasoning and pepper to taste. Pour over fettuccini. Serve. |
