1 package (8 ounces) linguini 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips 3 teaspoons Cajun seasoning 3 tablespoons butter or margarine 3-4 green onions, chopped 2 cups heavy whipping cream ½ teaspoon dried basil ¼ teaspoon garlic powder Pepper to taste ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese |

Cook the linguini according to package directions. Set aside. Season the chicken with the Cajun seasoning. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the chicken and cook until cooked through. Add the green onion, cream, basil, and seasonings. Bring to boil, then add linguini. Heat through. Stir in Parmesan cheese. |
