Cheesy Baked Shells
Ingredients
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 ounces medium shell pasta, cooked
1/3 cup buttery cracker crumbs
1/4 cup margarine, melted
Directions
Combine 1 cup of the cheese, the red bell pepper, onion, mayonnaise, can of soup and pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a lightly greased baking pan. Sprinkle with the cracker crumbs and remaining cheese. Drizzle with the melted margarine. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.
Suggestions
Serve with a salad and breadsticks.
