Cheesy Shells and Ham
Ingredients
1 package (16 ounces) small pasta shells
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon dillweed
2 cups fully cooked, diced ham
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. In a bowl, combine the butter, ricotta cheese and cream cheese; mix well. Add the dillweed, salt and pepper and beat until light and fluffy. Stir in ham and cooked pasta. Transfer to a 13x9-inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees F until just heated through. Makes 12 servings.
