12 manicotti pasta shells 8 ounces whipped cream cheese with chives and onions 2/3 cup milk ½ cup Romano cheese, grated 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese Black pepper to taste |

Combine the cream cheese and milk in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until the cheese melts. Stir in the Romano cheese. Set aside about ¾ cup of the sauce. Add the chicken broccoli and pepper to the remaining sauce. Mix well. Stuff this mixture into the shells. Arrange in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Spoon the remaining sauce over the top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes. Uncover, top with grated Parmesan, and continue baking another 5-10 minutes. |
