Canadian Macaroni and Cheese

2 cups elbow macaroni
1 package Canadian bacon, cut into cubes
4 tablespoons margarine
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can diced tomatoes, plus the liquid
directions
Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Canadian bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Set aside.

In a saucepan, melt the margarine. Whisk in the flour and tomatoes. Cook until bubbly. Stir in cheese. Combine with the macaroni and bacon. Toss to coat. Serve.
