2 cups elbow macaroni 1 package Canadian bacon, cut into cubes 4 tablespoons margarine 4 tablespoons flour 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 can diced tomatoes, plus the liquid |

Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Cook the Canadian bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Set aside. In a saucepan, melt the margarine. Whisk in the flour and tomatoes. Cook until bubbly. Stir in cheese. Combine with the macaroni and bacon. Toss to coat. Serve. |
