| Creamy Pasta With Grape Tomatoes by Kian Vencill |
| I bring this recipe to a lot of parties, and I know it will always be
eaten. Kids even love it! It is a great way to sneak in some veggies to the
kids. Plus, it is sure to impress the adults. This dish is great for parties
because it tastes great at room temperature as well as hot. |
| 1 regular size can of chicken broth (I like the garlic
roasted) 1 small box frozen, chopped spinach 1 package grape tomatoes Plenty of Parmesan cheese 2 cups cubed chicken 1 block cream cheese 1 pound penne or preferred pasta |
| Cook pasta according to package directions. In large skillet add the can of chicken broth and chicken. Cook chicken in broth. Add spinach and block of cream cheese. Cook until blended and then add tomatoes. Cook until soft but not yet popped. Pour over pasta, stir and add Parmesan cheese to taste. Let it sit a minute before serving. |
