Creamy Ravioli
Ready in about 15 minutes!
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds frozen cheese ravioli
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10 ounce) package frozen petite peas, thawed
1/8 pound of prosciutto or deli ham, julienned
Directions
Cook the ravioli according to package directions. While the ravioli is cooking, prepare the sauce. Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan and reduce it by half. Add all but 1/4 cup of the Parmesan and the butter; mix well. Add the cooked ravioli, peas and ham. Gently stir to combine. Simmer about one more minute, then pour onto a serving platter. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
Suggestions
Great with a salad and French bread.
