Easy Mac and Cheese
Alissa Chapman
I find this to be the easiest to make when I'm in a hurry. It only takes 15-20 minutes, and is really good (and cheap!).
Ingredients
1 box macaroni and cheese
1 pound ground beef
1 can tomato soup
Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup of assorted peppers (you can buy these in the frozen section at the grocery store)
Milk
Directions
Cook the ground beef and peppers together. Add the tomato soup and cheese packet from the macaroni and cheese dinner. Mix well, adding a little milk until creamy. Cut up desired amount of Velveeta, usually about 1 cup. Mix into the hamburger. Cook on low heat until melted. Add more milk until creamy.
Boil the noodles from the macaroni and cheese dinner and add to mixture. Serve.
Suggestions
Serve with a salad and steamed green beans.
