| Pasta With Feta |
| 1 pound macaroni 4 ounces unsalted butter 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 1/2 cups feta 2 tablespoons fresh, chopped parsley |
| Cook pasta according to package directions. Melt butter in a skillet. Add the red pepper flakes, oregano and cooked pasta. Cook two minutes. Stir in feta and parsley. Serve immediately. |
