| Macaroni Pie |
| 2 packages (16 ounces each) macaroni 3 eggs 3 cups milk 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste |
| Cook the pasta according to package directions. Do not
overcook. Drain. While pasta cooks, combine the eggs and milk. Beat well. Spread half of the cooked pasta into a lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Season with salt and pepper. Top with half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. Pour the egg mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Cool about 10 minutes before cutting into large squares. Serve. |

change of pace: 1 cup diced ham; four to five slices bacon, cooked and
crumbled; one large tomato, diced; hot dogs cut into rounds. |
