| 1 box macaroni and cheese dinner 1 can of Hormel Corned Beef (the kind without potatoes, not hash) 1/2 stick butter or margarine 1 tablespoon sour cream 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese |
| Boil pasta from macaroni and cheese dinner according
to package directions. Drain. Remove the corned beef from can, crumble and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for one to two minutes (you can also heat it in a skillet on top of the stove). Add heated meat, butter, sour cream and cheese packet that came with the dinner. Mix well. Pour into a baking dish. Top with the cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 10 minutes. |
