Pasta Primavera
Barbara Peterson
Ingredients
Angel hair pasta
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
White wine, to taste
Vegetables:
1 onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, coarsely minced
Asparagus, cut into 1-inch sticks
Yellow corn kernels, fresh or canned, cooked or raw
Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside. Pour oil in saute pan at medium-high heat and saute onions and garlic until a little limp. Then add all veggies of choice and saute for an additional six minutes. Add salt and pepper and white wine, all to taste. (For a more liquid sauce, add more white wine.) Then add any meats/shellfish, if using.
