Pasta With Feta and Cilantro


1 bag (8 ounces) bowtie, rotini, spirals or ziti pasta
1 package (3 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14 ounces) Italian-style stewed tomatoes, with juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Set aside.

Combine the feta cheese, cilantro, garlic, tomatoes, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the pasta and toss to coat. Serve warm or at room temperature with Parmesan cheese.
