| Pasta With Feta and Cilantro |
| 1 bag (8 ounces) bowtie, rotini, spirals or ziti pasta 1 package (3 ounces) crumbled feta cheese 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 can (14 ounces) Italian-style stewed tomatoes, with juice Salt and pepper to taste Freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
| Cook pasta according to package directions. Set
aside. Combine the feta cheese, cilantro, garlic, tomatoes, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the pasta and toss to coat. Serve warm or at room temperature with Parmesan cheese. |
