| I came up with this one day when both low on supplies and in a hurry! My
family loves it and so do the senior citizens I work for. It is a hit at
potluck dinners too! |
| 1 box macaroni and cheese 1 can tuna in water, drained 1 small onion, chopped 1 can mixed vegetables, drained Margarine Milk Salt and pepper |

| Prepare the macaroni and cheese dinner according to
package directions, except add the chopped onion, mixed vegetables and tuna.
When noodles are tender, add the cheese from the mix, margarine, salt and
pepper. |

| This recipe can be served from the pot or
put in a buttered casserole dish and topped with cheese for easy reheating. |
