1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Pepper to taste
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 pound Italian sausage
1 package sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup pizza, marinara or spaghetti sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, garlic powder, pepper, milk and eggs. Mix well. Pour into a lightly greased 13x9-inch pan. Set aside.
Remove the casings from the Italian sausage and cook until browned. Remove with slotted spoon and sprinkle over the crust. Top with the pepperoni, onion and green bell pepper.
